She'd run away. Again. She knew... She knew she couldn't keep this up. she was hurting Roxas. And she wasn't supposed to be anyway. Riku said she had to be destroyed so that Sora could wake up... and Sora mattered, and she didn't... So she should just end herself already, take her Keyblade away from Xemnas, buy Roxas time.
But she kept... just... not.
Just one more thing she couldn't do right.
She ran away instead. She opened a Dark Corridor, not caring where it went, other than away. It would probably take her to the beach, they usually did. But not always. Still, she ran into it, not looking, not checking.
When she burst out she was in a strange World she'd never seen before, but more alarmingly there was... A SOMEBODY! She turned to dive back into her Dark Corridor but it was already closing, and her moment of hesitation gave him more than enough time to see her. Well, to see her coat and not much else, with her hood pulled up and her gloves on, only the tip of her chin really showed. That was all of what was her. But then... even that didn't belong to her, did it?
It was just another normal day of adventuring through time and space, right?
...wrong. The TARDIS shook rather violently, and the Doctor had to latch onto the railing to stay upright. There shouldn't be any danger in the sector he's in. Why hadn't he seen anything on the monitors? His heart raced as he found the intruder, watching as whoever they were tried to leave. A swirl of darkness, and. What?
"Oi, who are you and what do you think you're doing here?" He definitely wasn't happy, but he didn't make a move toward the intruder yet.
She froze in a panic, her dark corridor closing behind her. She turned again to face him, eyes wide under her hood. She stumbled back, trying to get away from him, terrified.
What was happening? No attempt to destroy the console, no lunging at him? Could this really have been an accident? Wouldn't necessarily be the first time if it was. But he needed to be cautious. Maybe the situation could be salvaged to end safely if he was a little softer. He didn't naturally do soft, but...he could try? His voice was a little softer the next time.
"What? Don't tell me you warped into this old place without knowing where you are?"
She shook her head, or should she nod, she tried to do both at the same time and lost track of her feet, stumbling. Her flailing hand hit the controls as she fell down to the floor. She curled into her self, cowering. "I'm sorry..." she mumbled.
This one was really worried. He might pay for this later, but he was going to assume there wasn't a threat here. The Doctor kept a safe distance from the intruder, though he did crouch and lower his voice further to seem less...looming.
"...of course it was a mistake. Shouldn't have accused you," he apologized softly. "If you'd meant to steal my TARDIS you would've just gone and done it. So how'd someone like you end up in the time vortex by accident?"
"But you didn't," the Doctor repeats. "I've had a lot of people come after me and my ship, but you don't seem to be one of 'em."
He can afford to be kind...as much effort as it is to break through his natural paranoia. He takes a deep breath.
"I won't stop you. But, uh...we're in the time vortex. Means I can't say where and when in space and time you dropped in, or if you'd end up in the same time if you tried to go back now."
